About tricia

My goal is to inspire, motivate and educate! I love people and I believe in the power of making true and genuine connections.

With 25 years of experience as an educator on every scholastic level, I have discovered that there is one common denominator in achieving success at any level . . .  that would be "making a connection."

As a speaker, educator and even as a mother of 5 children, I know people are different. They come from all different backgrounds, and carry with them uniques sets of interests, experiences and beliefs. If I can make real connections and genuinely care about the people I encounter, THAT will make the greatest impact.

I look forward to speaking with you and sharing my stories, research and insights. Rome wasn't built in a day, but we can at least start by laying some quality bricks.
